Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the dk132 platform (accessible at dk132.app and any associated subdomains or applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and dk132 (the platform operator). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the dk132 platform and close your account if one has been created.

dk132 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dk132 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the dk132 platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are published exclusively in English. All player communications, account notices, bonus descriptions, and transaction records on dk132 are issued in English. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the dk132 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you meet all of the criteria set out below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. dk132 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of dk132 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily enrolled in any self-exclusion scheme on the dk132 platform or any other gambling platform that would restrict your access to online gambling services.
• Own identity: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own verified identity. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services available on dk132, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever any submitted detail changes.

dk132 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with best-practice anti-money laundering (AML) standards. During the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and payment methods:

• Proof of identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence (must be government-issued, valid, and clearly legible).
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or confirmation record of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet, or a bank statement from a Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or other registered Bangladeshi financial institution account.
• Source of funds: In certain circumstances, dk132 may request documentary evidence of the source of funds used to make deposits. This is a standard AML compliance measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

dk132 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on any account that has not completed the KYC verification process, or where submitted documents are found to be incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent with information provided during registration. Accounts found to have been registered with false or fraudulent information will be closed and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dk132 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus crediting — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dk132 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via mobile wallets are typically credited to your dk132 account balance within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank Transfer: Supported Bangladeshi banks include Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, among others. Bank transfer processing times may vary between 1 and 24 hours.
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks are accepted subject to network availability.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on dk132 is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and may be automatically reversed to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by the dk132 payments team on a rolling basis. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to additional AML review where required.

Withdrawal conditions: Funds deposited on dk132 must be used for the primary purpose of gameplay. dk132 reserves the right to review and delay withdrawal requests where deposit and withdrawal patterns suggest the account is being used solely for payment processing purposes without genuine gameplay activity. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified in the name of the account holder.

Bonuses & Promotions

dk132 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to a dk132 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion description. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement on bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%). Crash games and sports betting contributions are specified per promotion. Games excluded from bonus wagering are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 days after crediting unless a different timeframe is stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at any given time. Requesting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will void the earlier bonus unless dk132 support explicitly authorises concurrent bonus holding.
• Bonus abuse: dk132 employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to: low-margin betting designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, account collusion, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds forfeited and may be permanently closed.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

dk132 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of the wider player community, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct described below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or financial transaction process.
• Money laundering: Using the dk132 platform — whether directly or indirectly — for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one registered account with the intent to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or gain any other unfair advantage over other players or dk132.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with dk132 games or betting markets in a way that simulates or replaces human player decisions.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain a shared advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format available on dk132.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, game glitch, or misconfigured bonus to gain funds or other advantages not intended by dk132. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in relation to genuine dk132 transactions. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be suspended pending full investigation, and any outstanding withdrawals will be withheld.

Account Suspension & Closure

dk132 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe after a formal request has been issued.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Player request — including self-exclusion requests submitted voluntarily by the account holder.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, dk132 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via a confirmed payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their dk132 account — including for responsible gaming purposes — may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, dk132 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, dk132 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the dk132 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gameplay, sports betting, or any other wagering activity conducted on the dk132 platform.
• Temporary or prolonged platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity issues, or interruptions to game availability.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any Bangladeshi banking institution.
• Unauthorised access to a player account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any decision made by dk132 in good faith to suspend, restrict, or close an account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit dk132's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing language: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the definitive reference. All disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the dk132 platform shall be resolved through dk132's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. Players who remain dissatisfied following the internal process may seek recourse through any legal avenue available to them under the laws of their jurisdiction.
